Who We Are

mindfulness meditation lotusThe Peaceful Heart Mindfulness Community of Buffalo is a group of friends supporting one another in the practice of mindfulness, meditation, and other teachings of Vietnamese Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh.

While our practice is rooted in Buddhist teachings, you need not be a Buddhist or wish to pursue Buddhism to join us. All are welcome!
